"STEER CLEAR OF THESE FRAUDSTERS"
These folks are total rookies. It's a classic example of the 'woke' crowd who shut down or reject advertisements for small businesses that offer genuine legal products found in regular stores. But since it doesn't align with their narrative, they go ahead and ban and suspend ads while happily pocketing cash. Seriously, stay away from these con artists. The five-star ratings here? All phony, not a single one has been verified; they're all made up by the employees of this scam operation. Just be cautious, alright?

Anna provided some really great support - she helped us improve our small campaigns and made the basics of display advertising clearer for me. After giving it a shot, it seems like AdRoll isn't quite the right fit for us as an advertising partner just yet. Our small biz simply doesn't have the audience size to fully utilize its retargeting features. We're planning to check out other platforms to establish a better baseline before considering a return to AdRoll for retargeting.

Anna, my account manager, is fantastic, and the support crew is super quick and really helpful.
I've faced several tech problems with the platform (not everything fixed), but in general, this is a solid platform with engaged support and useful reports, which has been beneficial for our business.
You'd be hard-pressed to discover better value anywhere else.

Absolutely a fantastic resource for connecting with your audience. We manage to grab a bunch of web traffic that we’d otherwise overlook on our primary platform (Facebook). It’s an excellent platform for retargeting, and we’d be wasting a whole lot of ad dollars without it. It’s also quite effective for attracting new visitors!

"Terrible Customer Service Experience"
I've encountered some of the worst customer service ever. After waiting 11 days on my ticket, I still got no resolution. When I reached out, their response was, "Thanks for your patience! I checked the ticket, and the agent handling it is currently unavailable."
Honestly, that’s just unprofessional.
Because of this, I've missed out on managing my 322,993 emails.
I've had similar issues with AdRoll before.
